Had an amazing time with my daughter at the Stone Forest. The service team (both Joe and our driver Mr Lin) were friendly, professional and super helpful. Had amazing conversations with Mr Lin both to and from our location, making it a memorable trip. Car was clean, fresh and new. The tour has been excellent from booking to the end of the tour. Communication is top-notch, providing relevant and useful information in a timely manner. Right after booking, we received updates about our trip. A dedicated support team provided practical information a day before (eg. What to wear, weather, etc) as well as an offer to help purchase admission tickets for us, which we accepted. Our driver, Mr. Li, made sure that our tour went very smoothly and was enjoyable. He shared local information that made the experience better. He does not speak English but used an instant translation app to share his local information. Overall, it was a 5-star experience. Strongly recommended.


