Have good shoes, because it is ~ 12k steps. Also in october very windy, prepare for that! Interesting and in dept guiding, thx Vanessa! Start and finish exactly as promised, very precise and professional, clearly experienced. The place is amazing, once in a lifetime must see. The "hot dog" around half time is a lifesaver, very tasty, go for it!

The tour guide, Tian, ​​who was born after 1995, was fantastic. His explanations were incredibly detailed, and the price/performance ratio was even better than a custom-made tour. They also provided VIP service, with priority seating on the scenic area buses, including the train to the Ten-Li Gallery. I'll definitely choose Tian from this agency again when I visit Zhangjiajie. The entire trip was incredibly relaxing, perfect for families and trips with children! 👍 I visited Zhangjiajie over a decade ago, and while things have changed since returning, the service from our tour guide was like home! Revisiting this old place and seeing the charm of Xiangxi is truly breathtaking. The scenery and the scenery inspired a poem: "I've long held a lofty ambition, revisiting Yuanjiajie." ☁️ ​Nothing is difficult if you're willing to climb. ⛰️

I had an amazing one-day tour! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The driver who accompanied me was exceptionally polite and helpful. He stayed with me the entire time, helped with translations from Chinese to English, supported me with small things during the trip, and even showed me where to grab a quick bite. His attitude made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free. The tour organizer was also great always in touch, quick to respond to any questions, and very supportive throughout the day. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring both the driver and the organizer were. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip in this region! Everything was wonderful the only thing that slightly spoiled the day was the rain.
