  • Friendly reminder: The customs regulations for Macau and Hong Kong are different:
  • 1. For tourists holding an Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, both exit and entry procedures require disembarking at the mainland customs checkpoint (which is very convenient), and you need to carry your own luggage.

Guests can take the passenger lane (fast clearance) and pass through Macau customs directly without disembarking.

  • 2. For tourists holding passports, both exit and entry: You will need to disembark for customs clearance at both the Mainland and Macau checkpoints (you must carry your own luggage).
  • 3. For travel from Macau to Zhuhai Airport, it is recommended to allocate two hours for the journey and customs clearance.

What's included
Driver tips, bridge tolls, fuel fees, driver's meal expenses, highway tolls, parking fees, etc.
As long as passengers do not change the pick-up/drop-off locations or usage time during the ride, no additional fees will be charged. Each vehicle provides 30 minutes of free waiting time. Overtime fees will apply if exceeding this limit. An additional night service fee applies for rides between 22:00-08:00.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
