1. This is a join-in tour experience group, so the activities are mostly short-term experiences. Please be advised.

2. This is a join-in tour, so you may share the vehicle with other customers during pick-up. If one customer is late during the pick-up process, it may affect the schedule for all other customers, causing delays. If the driver does not arrive within the scheduled time frame, we recommend waiting at the hotel entrance and avoiding moving to other locations. Please contact customer support immediately, and we will assist you in reaching the driver.

Recommended Itinerary

08:00–08:45 Pick-up: Hotels in North, Central, and South Pattaya, Pattaya Beach Road, Jomtien Beach, and Naklua area. Guests outside the pick-up & drop-off area should gather at a designated location, which will be confirmed by staff. Driving time: approx. 1 hr. The transfer vehicle is a Songthaew.

09:30 Transportation: Take a speedboat to the parasailing platform. Travel time: approx. 30 min.

10:00 AM activity: parasailing. Arrive at the parasailing platform, where everyone gets one round of parasailing to fully experience the feeling of flying. (Optional) activity duration: approx. 1 hr 0 min.

11:00 activity: Sea slide, glass bottom boat, stand-up paddleboard, snorkeling.

12:00 Transportation: Take a speedboat to Koh Larn.

12:30 PM lunch: package

1:00 PM activity: Banana boat and jet ski. The sudden turns of the banana boat and the exhilarating speed of the jet ski will get your adrenaline pumping (optional). Activity duration: approx. 1 hr 0 min.

3:30 PM Transportation: Take a speedboat back to Pattaya Pier. Travel time: approx. 30 min.

Return transfer at 16:00: A vehicle will take you back to the hotel. The actual return time to the hotel is subject to the road conditions on the day. Travel time: approx. 1 hr 0 min.

05:00 PM End the day's itinerary happily!

How to use

Please wait "on time" at the "hotel lobby on the first floor" according to the time stated on your confirmation voucher. Simply show the voucher to the staff member who comes to pick you up (please do not wait in your room or the restaurant).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Regarding children: Please purchase an adult ticket for individuals aged 7 and above. For children aged 4–7 or those who do not meet the requirements for water activities, please purchase an accompanying child ticket.

Important Notes

1. This itinerary includes a speedboating excursion. Visitors over 70, pregnant women, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, visitors with disabilities, or severe seasickness are prohibited from participating. Please comply with these regulations. If you proceed without authorization, you will not be allowed to join the itinerary and no refund will be issued.

2. Children under 7 years old and those with unsuitable physical conditions cannot participate in water activities such as deep diving, banana boat rides, parasailing, underwater walking, and jet skiing.

3. Paragliding has weight restrictions: Participants weighing 80–100 kg may participate depending on wind conditions - if winds are insufficient, skydiving won't be possible. Those over 100 kg cannot participate in this activity.

4. During snorkeling, always prioritize your safety. Do not stray too far from the group, stay clear of propellers, and be cautious of shipside ropes and rods when boarding/disembarking to avoid scratches.

5. If accidentally stung by a jellyfish while snorkeling, apply alcohol, vinegar, or saline solution. In case of severe discomfort, immediately notify the boat staff or call the local emergency service hotline for medical assistance.

6. Before departure, prepare: swimwear, change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, camera, sandals or flip-flops, waterproof phone pouch; during sea activities, wear a life jacket and stay safe.

7. On the day of travel, please wait in the hotel lobby on time. If you miss the pickup due to being late, the driver will leave and your booking will be considered a no-show, with no refund or rescheduling available. Please plan your time accordingly.

8. If the itinerary is canceled due to force majeure, we will coordinate with you to reschedule or issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

9. Please book according to the age, weight, and height requirements. If you do not meet the booking requirements, you will not be able to experience the attraction on site and no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

10. Special note: To ensure the comfort of all passengers, baggage is strictly prohibited on join-in tours. Passengers with baggage will be denied boarding. We appreciate your understanding.

11. Please inform us in advance if traveling with a free infant, otherwise overcapacity may result in denied boarding.
