Amazing! Our tour guide, Jay, was great! Fluent English, great explanation, very helpful when you have questions. One of the best tour guides I’ve had so far since arriving in China. The places we visited are also beautiful. But since we’re trying to squeeze everything into 1 day, obviously, you won’t have detailed history of each place. Jay did his best though IMO. The lunch was also good. Got to taste 北京烤鸭 (Beijing duck), Kungpao chicken, and plenty other dishes (can’t remember the name though).

Words can't describe the beauty there. Book the tour and don't even hesitate! I also loved the organization: they wrote detailed instructions the day before, explaining everything. Our guide, Icy, was available and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues. I really enjoyed her work: she shared a lot of information, helped with photos (I was alone, and Icy took many wonderful photos), and offered advice unrelated to the tour. I also loved the pace of the tour itself—we moved at a comfortable pace, had time to look around, take photos, and if anyone lagged behind, we waited for everyone. So if you have any doubts about your stamina, don't hesitate! A big thank you to our guide, Icy—everything was absolutely fantastic!

Lisa was an excellent tour guide. We learnt lots of fascinating history today. The Forbidden City is an immense place and it was really helpful to have a guide and visit the most important areas and learn the history too. Would definitely recommend.

The driver contacted us the day before departure to discuss all the details, and arrived at the hotel at 6:15 am sharp, very punctual. The drive was smooth, and he pointed out worthwhile sights along the way. We had tickets for four sections: cable car up, toboggan down, and cable car up and down, which he handled perfectly. He was also waiting for us at the agreed-upon pick-up point well in advance. On the return trip, we visited the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Because we wanted to see the CBD, the driver made a special detour so we could see it from the car, which was very touching, as this wasn't included in the package. Finally, the driver took us to the restaurant as requested, concluding our Great Wall trip perfectly. Overall, the service was excellent, the time management was efficient, the itinerary was very worthwhile, and the value for money was high. Highly recommended!

The tour includes round-trip transportation (which is best arranged in advance), and they explain how to access the city walls and the entrance process. They provide transportation to the entrance, where you can have lunch on your own, or in our case, we brought our own food. Once at the top of the walls, we took some time to eat and relax, as they give you plenty of time to explore the beautiful walls on your own. On the way back, they make a stop in another town; you can enter for a fee if you wish, or wait outside. From there, you can see the walls illuminated at night. For us, the tour was exactly what we expected and very reasonably priced compared to other tours. Susy was very friendly and attentive to the pickup.
