The tour with Jefferson was very good. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history. The tour was entertaining, and we learned a lot about the history of Guayaquil and its surrounding areas. The guide was always very friendly, as was the driver. I think it could be a little more affordable, to make the price and length of the tour more balanced.

I took this tour the first day I arrived (3 hours after I landed) and it was the perfect introduction to the city! Vivi was lively, kind, knowledgeable, and continued to give suggestions and help even after the tour was over. All of the food was so delicious I actually got the empanada de Morocho for dinner! Truly, if it’s your first day or even your last day in the city, please take this tour you won’t regret it!

The cooking class was great. Two very warm and friendly chefs teach the class. We are so much food we had to skip dinner. The recipes were easily followed and we will recreate them at home. We all felt like we got the "bums rush" during the market tour. We were picked up late at our hotel and the the tour leader Andres was rushing to another tour. If not for that It would be a five star review but we felt short changed on the market tour

Our guide Daniela was excellent, very kind and attentive; she accompanied us to the entrance of each place and gave us recommendations. Thanks to Marcelo, the driver, we forgot a coat on the bus and he helped us arrange for it to be delivered near our hotel.
