Our tour guide was excellent: professional courteous patient friendly knowledgeable and a good driver. No issues with him. We did have a snafu with the meeting point. We went to the meeting point as indicated on the app (near Buckfield in Ochi) but as it turned out the driver went to the hotel to pick us up. Luckily he was able to come to us to pick is up in the end but clearly a communication issue. Also the tour description said there would be a stop for lunch and there was none but in the end we paid pur respects to Bob Marley so all good.

This was an amazing experience. The pickup was prompt at the scheduled time and the driver was being warm and pleasant. There was an issue once we got there. One of the boats they use has been damaged due to a storm and it was out of commission. They had to reschedule me to a later time. Since I was already there, they offered to add another experience so I wasn’t waiting for hours. They added parasailing 🪂 for me. That’s incredible- and it was another amazing experience that I did not expect. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them going the extra mile - doing something extra for me to make up for something that was literally out of their hands. - What? I strongly recommend this experience - I did both the snorkeling and the parasailing and both had top notch guides and both were once in a lifetime experiences The staff is incredible they made this experience memorable and special for me Thank you so much 😊
