I highly recommend this tour! The national park is beautiful! The forest with its trails is fascinating. The city of Ramsau is worthy of beautiful photos. And the lake? Unmissable! Those with reduced mobility will find it a bit challenging to navigate the forest.★

We absolutely enjoyed this tour! Johannes was a marvelous guide. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and made our journey perfect. He was knowledgeable and so polite. The tour itself was lovely. From the short stop in beautiful Berchtesgaden where we ate the most glorious apple pie to the fun visit to the salt mine with the slides! Absolutely the best activity we did in Salzburg! Full points on this tour but especially for the tour guide !★

Where ever we go visit we like to take a Hop-on-hop-off bus to give us an overview of what the city has to offer. It is a great way to sit back and enjoy the sights and get off if there is something you would like to enjoy close up. The directions and commentary in English was a bit difficult to understand and I recommend a correction in English to change saying "next stop" when you really mean "this stop!" We were listening for "next stop" for the English Gardens, but it was actually the prior stop, so we had to ride the bus again to get off where we wanted. Also, it was unclear which bus to take at the beginning. There seemed to be a mad dash to the buses, yet not until you got to the front of the line did you know if the bus was the right one or not.★

I booked this trip for my family and I, and it was the highlight of our Germany trip. In this tour we visited first the Linderhof Palace, and then a stop in a smaller town, and ended the tour at Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire trip was really comfortable. The bus is air conditioned and even has a bathroom for emergencies. Periodically throughout the scenic drive through the mountains, our guide Courtney would give us a deep understanding of Bavarian history and other customs and stories of the region. Courtney was a really excellent and knowledgeable tour guide as well! She was incredibly friendly and attentive to each individual on the bus, even though there might have been at least 50 of us. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10, and would recommend this trip to others!
