I was doing the tour with an elderly family member. The tour was well organised. Our guide Yanis was extremely helpful, kindly, patiently explaining everything. The Alps looked glorious and the we were blessed with perfect weather. A wonderful outing for all ages.★

Thanks to Alexander our guide and Carlos our driver the tour was great. Alexander speaks English and Spanish and made sure everyone was having a nice time and Carlos was driving the bus very smoothly during the whole tour! The visit of Lucerne was short but we could see the heart of the city. The visit of Mount Titlis was marverlous! We could use the ice flyer and take the bridge and we really enjoyed the wonderful view on the mountains.★

Please mention that you need to get your own boat or train to vitznau. Additionally the spa was incredible but they only give you one towel, and if you want more they will charge you. Also there is no toiletries so bring your own when it comes to shampoo and conditioner Also mention on the ticket what stop you get off for vitznau Do not bring kids if you want the full experience Quiet zones and nude sauna so be prepared
