How to use
Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes in advance according to the pick-up time (local time) on the confirmation to meet the driver
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease or bone disease are not recommended to join this tour.
  • It is recommended to bring a small backpack, loose hiking Clothes & Accessories, sunscreen, camera, waterproof bag and raincoat (recommended during the rainy season), closed-toe shoes, refillable water bottle, sandals or hiking shoes.
  • Due to bad weather or sea conditions, the tour may be postponed or cancelled with a full refund.
  • This tour/ activity has a maximum of 12 passengers
  • The route to the bat cave is mainly hiking. If the hiking itinerary ends normally, you can experience Climbing on a route. However, if there are guests in the hiking group who walk slowly on the day, delaying the hiking progress, there will be no time to experience Climbing, and no refund will be given.
