This half day tour is a great and convenient way to visit Hallstat. It is of course more expensive than taking the train or public bus+ferry to get to Hallstat, but it is certainly a time-saver. It's essentially a direct bus trip to Hallstat with a bit of commentary of interesting places that we passed and some history. Once you reached Hallstat, you will go around on your own for about 2.5 hours and the bus will come to pick up at a certain time. The 1.5 hours ride is comfortable and there's a power point at your seat if you need to charge your phone.★

Flexible travel time. Reasonable price. Everyone's experience with attractions is different. I thought it was pretty good. Since we're traveling, we should explore as much as possible. The highlight was the shy but handsome driver. His Line name is "Boyboy." He was incredibly polite and courteous, always ready to help. He resolved any requests or problems during the trip. The driver was truly amazing. I'm only leaving this comment to praise him 😂. Remember to tip him! Be a popular tourist 😅 I forgot to take a picture with the handsome driver 🫠About
