Dear friends, please be informed
1. The fee includes bridge tolls (we cover the 96 bridge toll), parking fees, fuel/electricity charges, vehicle usage fees, and the driver-guide's meals during the service period (refer to point 9). The only additional costs would be your own meals and admission tickets to any attractions you choose to visit (note: ticketed attractions are not recommended, but tickets can be purchased on-site if needed). There are no other fees.
2. Join-in group: This is a shared transfer service with a vehicle type of 5-7 seats. Priority is given to 7-seater vehicles with one seat left unoccupied for extra space. Only when 7-seaters are unavailable will a 5-seater be arranged. Pick-up and drop-off service is only available within Shantou city center. For other districts or remote areas, please inquire.
3. Private tour: If you have 2 people, you can book a private vehicle for just your group without sharing with strangers. Similarly, if you have 5-6 people, you can book a private vehicle for your group only, without shared transfer with others.
4. Vehicle type: The interface displays similar cars of comparable models, not the fixed vehicle types shown on the screen.
5. Private charter: If departing from Shantou and ending in Shantou or within Nan'ao Island, choose Shantou departure. For a 1-day tour from Shantou to Nan'ao with return to Chaozhou on the same day, you can directly select Chaozhou departure or choose Shantou departure and inquire about the price difference.
For departures from Chaozhou ending in Shantou or within the island, simply select Chaozhou as the departure point; for cross-city transfers (different city pickups require consulting customer support regarding potential fare differences).
6. Pick-up & drop-off points: Shantou urban area (including Jinping District, Longhu District, Shantou Railway Station); Chaozhou urban area (Ancient City, Chao'an District, Xiangqiao District); Nan'ao area.
For pick-up and drop-off in different cities, please consult customer support regarding any potential price difference. This applies to Shantou South Station, Chaoshan Station, Jieyang Airport, Haojiang District, Chaoyang District, Chenghai, and other locations. Contact customer support to arrange for the price difference.
7. The route is not completely fixed (we can stop at scenic spots along the way where parking is convenient, and you can choose not to visit attractions you don't like. There will be no backtracking, as Nan'ao Island is quite large, and backtracking could add dozens of kilometers).
8. All-inclusive prices, except for your own meals and a small number of attraction admission tickets (optional) within the specified time frame.

For 5-seater or 7-seater vehicles, an overtime fee of 50 CNY/hr will be charged for each additional hour. For 9-seater or 7-seater business vehicles, an overtime fee of 80 CNY/hr will be charged for each additional hour.

11. During the May Day holiday, National Day, and Spring Festival periods, due to traffic control measures, it is necessary to arrange reasonable times for entering and exiting the island. The departure time is between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM, while the exit time is between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. It is advised to enter early and leave early. The daily travel schedule will be confirmed by the driver the night before. In case of traffic congestion, an additional overtime fee of 50 CNY per hour will be charged to compensate the driver for the extra effort.
