Adult: 12 years old and above
Child: 2–11 years old
Infants under 2 years old travel for free (without a seat). Child tickets must be purchased if a seat is required. Children aged 2–11 must purchase child tickets.
How to use
Please exchange your boat ticket at the designated counter at the pier with this confirmation.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Operating hours are for reference only, weather and sea conditions may affect the sailing schedule
Please confirm your departure/arrival location and arrive at the ticket redemption counter at least 30 minutes in advance to collect your tickets.
