How to use

Meet and use: Gather at the east gate of Lu Xun Native Place attraction

Time slot selection: Arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time slot.

Contact method: We will call you 30 min in advance before the trip starts

Please note: During major holidays (such as Labor Day and National Day), there may be queues for the Wupeng boats. Please wait patiently and we appreciate your understanding. The guide will not board the Wupeng boat during the experience.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Other notices

1. This price is for 1 person (same price for all visitors) and valid for single use only. For multiple travelers, please purchase according to the actual number of travelers.

This product is not a private tour. A minimum of 3 travelers is required to form a group, with a group size of up to 12 people. You will travel together with other visitors who have booked the same product.

3. If the quantity you purchased does not match the actual number of attendees, you will need to pay the difference for the additional persons. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse providing the guide service.

4. We recommend arriving at the meeting point indicated in the product description 5-10 minutes early to avoid affecting your or other travelers' itinerary. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting the service.

5. After booking, the guide serving you will contact you in advance to confirm the time. Please ensure your phone is available for communication.
