My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

Ava the guide and Vin the driver were both wonderful. The guide was enthusiastic and energetic the whole time (and hilarious) and calmed the concerns of those over anxious passengers. The trip was fantastic! I enjoyed it immensely.


