I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I made a mistake in typing "excellent." We actually couldn't find the meeting point and couldn't pick up the tickets. I chatted with the assistant, Leonardo, who couldn't do anything. Now I'm waiting for the €72.80 refund.★
