It was a great trip. We had a chance to see snow. The tour guide is friendly and funny. But it had to spend most of time on the bus and we had only 5 minutes to see highland cows and to take photos at glencoe just for 20 minutes. It was a bit rush. For the cruise, we had around 2 hr but there was many travellers, so we had to rush to have lunch and take cursie on time. The views are amazing. It'd be better if we have more stops to take photos and to feel the scenery.

Trip was excellent . Our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Learned a lot and lived the views. Only suggestion would be to do something to space out the number of busses at each stop. There were so many people it was difficult to use the facilities and get food in the time we had. Overall though great trip.

The trip was fantastic. We saw a lot and had plenty of time at each stop. The itinerary was adapted at short notice to the winter conditions, which we really appreciated. Our guide was very helpful and spoke clearly.

Although the tour guide spoke English, the explanations were very clear and detailed. The itinerary was well-organized and efficient, with the guide speaking exactly what he wanted, making our day trip perfect! Thank you to Ctrip for providing such a thoughtful international day trip! The tour guide and driver were both excellent. My English isn't very good either. The tour guide explained everything to me at half speed the whole way. The scenery in Scotland was absolutely breathtaking. It felt almost unreal. A must-see in my lifetime.

The driver, who also served as the guide, accompanied a small group of foreigners. For the entire 12-hour journey, the driver talked incessantly about the scenery along the way. Although I couldn't understand what he said, his enthusiastic voice and expressions were genuine.
