This was a self-guided trip with my mother, who is over eighty years old, and we booked a day tour at the last minute. First of all, I want to thank the customer service staff; they were very helpful in resolving the issue when the order needed to be rescheduled. The driver arrived on time to pick us up and was very attentive and considerate throughout the trip. The driving was smooth, and we visited all the attractions. A very satisfying trip!

The instructor was very patient and caring, even taking photos for us. It was a very happy and fun experience. The only downside was that my legs got a little numb from sitting so long, and because the instructor's photos showed our faces, it wasn't very comfortable to fully enjoy the moment. Overall, everything was great.

Today, Mr. Zheng served our family. His service awareness was excellent, and he was very professional in explaining the scenic area in detail and how to visit it, which made our experience very good.
