Although I missed my bus and ferry due to a problem with the pick-up and drop-off location, I quickly caught up with the group after our guide, Li Jianan, patiently resolved the issue. His explanations along the way were very detailed, and he took excellent care of us, making me feel very comfortable and at ease.
