I boarded the train from Seoul Station. I was able to reserve my seat on the official website following the steps outlined on Trip.com (available in Japanese). I tapped the QR code on the ticket gate twice: when boarding at Seoul Station and when disembarking at Incheon Airport. Ticket gates at Seoul Station open 30 minutes to 3 minutes before departure. There were no announcements about when ticket gates open or close, so it's important to pay attention to the departure time (and ticket gate closing time).★

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂★

My friend who booked with me received an email confirming the reservation and letting me know where to pick up the luggage, but I didn't receive one, so I had to contact them myself. From there, I received a quick response and the process went smoothly. All communication was in English. I think it would be better if the price was a little cheaper. For example, carry-on luggage could be half price.★
