1. Please do not wear wet clothes or swimwear on the shuttle bus. When registering, please provide the name, age, gender, height, weight, foot size, whether you need diving goggles for myopia, the contact number of the representative, and the name and address of the hotel you are staying in!

 

2. The shuttle bus does not have a luggage compartment, so please do not bring a luggage.

 

3. For the sake of health and personal safety of passengers, we do not accept registration from passengers over 59 years old. Thank you for your understanding.

 

4. Due to equipment restrictions, passengers weighing more than 99kg are not allowed to participate in the event.

 

5. Due to air pressure, passengers who are planning to fly back to their home country on the same day will not be able to participate in the diving experience.

 

6. Guests with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangover, or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are not allowed to join the tour. There may also be situations where the passenger is unable to join the tour due to their health condition on the day of the tour, so please be understanding.

 

7. Please wear your swimsuit first, and bring your own towel, slippers, change of clothes, and sunscreen. After the trip, the store will provide a restroom.

 

8. Minors need to sign a family consent form. Guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents.

 

9. If the sea is calm, you can snorkel even if it rains.

 

10. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

 

11. If you are refused entry to the event due to pregnancy, you will not receive a refund.

 

12.Depending on the sea conditions on the day, the dive site may be changed or the trip may be cancelled.

 

13. When foreign tourists register, if they cannot understand Japanese, they will be informed in English.

· The minimum number of participants is 2. If there are less than 2 participants, we may decide not to organize the tour. We will notify you by email or phone the day before the event. Please be advised.
