Join-in Tour Notes
1. At the main ticket office of Alhambra (front side of the map), please look for the Chinese-speaking guide. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals exceeding 5 minutes will be considered as automatic cancellation, with no admission or refund. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
2. There is no free time during the guide; after the Chinese guide ends, you can visit on your own without time restrictions. (Except for the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba, other attractions can be re-entered for visits.)
3. The Alhambra operates a real-name ticketing system. Please bring the original passport as photocopies or photos will not be accepted. Children aged 3 and above must have an issued ticket. (If tickets are sold out on the official website, please contact customer support for assistance in purchasing tickets through special channels.)
4. In case of force majeure such as severe weather or official events, rescheduling or refund will be notified separately.
5. After the guide ends, please return the audio guide to the guide. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.
