How to use

1. Please arrive at the Bateaux Parisiens cruise pier 45 minutes before your selected date. Boarding will end 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

2. Please note there are multiple cruise companies operating on the Seine River, each with its own dock. Proceed to docks 5–7 at Bourdonnais - these adjacent docks may alternate as departure points depending on daily operations. Upon arrival, present your e-ticket to staff.

3. The cruise operates on a fixed schedule. Please arrive at the cruise terminal at least 45 minutes in advance. Boarding will close 15 minutes before the selected time slot. For example, if you choose the 8:30 PM dinner time slot, boarding will close at 8:15 PM. If you arrive after the latest boarding time, you will not be able to participate in the experience and no refund will be issued.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 3:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 3:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
