I had a fantastic time with Michael. He was engaging and passionate about Xian as well as the food. We walked through a local market to buy some produce for our cooking and then had the most fun making the noodles and toppings. I especially loved the pig skin jelly and the raw garlic and soy/salt/vinegar/sesame oil sauce! Afterwards, we got to eat everything - it tasted soooo good!
