Reviews: AI Tour - Cook, Talk, Dine & more with locals at their Delhi Home

I had an incredible unique experience at the home of Roopak and Nidhi. As soon as I booked they started sharing tidbits of information such as 5 useful Hindi words, places to see in Delhi, etc. it was very helpful and informative and helped me build my itinerary for my time in Delhi. Upon arrival we are greeting with an Indian welcome which includes a few little rituals such as wrapping red thread around your wrist. Then we started cooking. I learned about ingredients I have never used and cooking techniques that were new to me. Meanwhile during the entire experience, Roopak is sharing endless unique things about the Indian culture and history. After cooking this amazing meal we sat down and ate together. This is probably the best meal I have ever had! All the ingredients are fresh, the milk we used came from the Dairy that morning. All the spices are whole and we grind them as we use them with a mortar and pestle. After we ate lunch we went back to the kitchen to make dessert and masala chai. Then we leisurely talked and continued to learn about the Indian culture, religions, customs, habits. Upon departure we all received a little gift which we were told not to open for a few days. We must wait for a text which explains the gift. I still haven’t opened it and I’m so intrigued. If I ever visit Delhi again, I will do another experience with Roopak and Nidhi. They adjust the experience for the time of year and any festivals happening. So it will always be unique. I highly recommend this experience. Don’t hesitate, go for it and book it!
Reviews: One Day Private Tour of Jaipur with Guide

Family of 4 Adults on vacation in India from the UK (including 2 Teenagers); Thankyou to Mr Kuldeep Singh for arranging our superb English speaking guide, Amit, who we found to be professional, punctual, knowledgeable and likeable also. Amit guided us to all the places in Jaipur that we wanted to see over the course of 2 days. Day 1 we covered Jagat Temple, Amber Fort, Amer Stepwell, Jal Mahal, Elephant Village, Hawa Mahal and City Palace and had lunch at the Curry Spoon. Day 2 we covered Birla Temple, Jaigarh & Nahargarh Forts and the Albert Hall Museum. We all enjoyed everything we got to see and with Amit's explanations and willingness to take our family photos made the days all the better. Elephant Village was good but it could be so much better if they included a few more activities with the elephants especially with a starting price of 2800 rupees per person for foreigners. I think it was 6000 rupees per person to do all the activities with the elephant's is too much especially when there is a family of four. Jaigarh Fort was also expensive at 500 rupees per person. I think both Elephant village and Jaigarh Fort need to reduce the entry cost for foreigners or introduce a cheaper family ticket. But overall we all enjoyed our 2 day Guided tour of Jaipur with Amit and would definitely recommend without hesitation.
Reviews: Cooking Demo + Lunch/Dinner and interaction with an Indian family @ Chez Anjali
Guest User2026-01-27
8 KLM crew members had a wonderful afternoon at Anjali’s and Arvind’s house, attending a cooking class by Anjali. It was a hands-on experience and we learned a lot about ingredients, mixing herbs, tips and tricks for cooking and frying. The dishes we made were vegetarian dishes, but on request Anjali will also do a chicken dish. Anjali is very helpful and patient. We enjoyed their company, such a lovely couple, and the food. You also get a glimpse into the life of an Indian family.
