Important Notes:
1. Official Guide Package: Includes one guided tour of the Colosseum (Note: Official guides are not permitted to enter the Colosseum underground area, hence no guide service is available there). Admission tickets must be purchased separately or arranged through customer support. Guides are randomly assigned after booking. Discrimination against guides based on race, appearance, age, or any other reason to request a change is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from booking if this is a concern.
2. Colosseum guide for 1 hr (excluding Palatine Hill ruins + Roman Forum guide). If you need to include the Colosseum ruins guide, please book the 2.5-hr guide.

4. Inclusions for the admission ticket package: Colosseum + Roman Forum + Palatine Hill, excluding the Colosseum underground and official guide. The time slot and meeting address are subject to the e-ticket (PDF attachment in the email) sent to the email address provided during booking. Please arrive at the attraction at least 30 minutes in advance. During peak season, there will be queues for entry. Late arrivals will not be able to participate and no refund will be provided!!!
5. Inclusions for single admission ticket combo: Colosseum + Roman Forum + Palatine Hill. This combo ticket is valid for one day, with one-time entry to each attraction. The time displayed on the ticket is your admission time for the Colosseum. You must enter within the designated 15-minute window. Late arrivals will result in ticket invalidation with no entry or refund permitted. Please arrive early to queue for entry. The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited anytime during operating hours on the same day.
6. The opening hours for all attractions are subject to the official website. Please check the attraction's operating hours on the official website before your visit.
