Children under 7 years old need to bring their own Child safety seat or contact customer service to rent one.

How to use

The booking needs to wait for confirmation. After confirmation, the booking is established and a confirmation letter will be sent to your email address. You can go through the formalities with the confirmation letter.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:01 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:01 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
