Infants (0–23 months) stay free when using a crib, otherwise child rates apply. Only double rooms are equipped with cribs. Advance arrangements are required; otherwise, guests must bring their own crib bedding.
How to use
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and present your confirmation letter at the pier counter to complete check-in procedures and board the ferry.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:01 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:01 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
