Joined this tour with my son and had Jessica who gave us the background & history regarding the city. There were only 3 of us on the English tour as the majority went on the Portuguese tour. Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and showed us Theatro Municipal, the main Library, Cineland, Selarón Steps, Lapa Arches, the awesome Cathedral etc. She did a good job and also helped us in finding football match tickets for the Carioca Cup Semi Finals at Maracana Stadium that night with pick up and drop off from our hotel! Very impressed and highly recommend her for the city tour should you require a brilliant tour guide for Rio. Remember to tip generously too! Highly recommended!!★

The view was really spectacular and Luiz was such a great tour guide. I learnt about the wildlife on the walk up and down which was my favourite part. We also spoke lots about the local history and etymology of words and place names. Very fun tour and would highly recommend.About
