It was a truly fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to see so many dolphins that I was as happy as a child. The scenery on the way back was especially breathtaking, and I was completely captivated by it. The captain was so kind and experienced, and the entire trip was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

We participated in this tour today. Our tour guide, Abdullah, was incredibly friendly, caring, courteous, and understanding. From the hotel pick-up to the entire trip and the drop-off back at the hotel in the evening, everything went perfectly. We received a very warm welcome from Abdullah. He told us about Oman and the day's itinerary during the drive. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a lot of fun and can wholeheartedly recommend this tour to everyone. Organizing this route independently would be much more complicated; thanks to Abdullah, everything went incredibly smoothly and without any problems. We would do this tour again in a heartbeat; it's more than worth the money! A huge thank you to our excellent tour guide, Abdullah. Thanks to this trip, we gained another wonderful impression of Oman. He showed us just how warm and welcoming the Omanis are!

Reviews: Snorkeling at Dimaniyat Islands and Dolphin Watching (Half-Day)

This trip to the Dimaniyat islands was the definite highlight of my holiday in Oman and a must-do. We headed out on a boat to the islands and after about 30-mins we already arrived to the first snorkelling site. Right after getting into the water we already saw a huge group of turtles and had plenty of time, about an hour to swim and snorkel with them. Afterwards we took the boat to a second snorkelling site where the underwater world was even more beautiful with corals and a lot of different types of colourful fish and some more turtles. To end the trip we went to a third place very close to the sandy beach of one of the islands. During this time people were not allowed on the actual island, but our guide, Fahad made sure we get as close as possible. What I would like to point out is not only the helpfulness and friendliness of Fahad (I went with my mum who had knee surgery last year so it was a bit harder for her to climb back on the boat and he always had a helping hand for her, also help with using the snorkels), but most importantly his amazing attitude. Towards appreciating and preserving nature, advising us on what not to do to scare the turtles and to make sure we leave nature just as we found it. He radiated a love for the sea and its creatures and I could tell how important this was for him. All throughout the trip we were supplied by water, juices, sandwiches and fruits to make sure everyone has energy. All in all I had the best time ever and would do this trip again in a heartbeat! Oh, and afterwards I asked him for the photos and videos he took underwater with his camera and that very day he was kind enough to share it. A huge thank you from me and my mum

This day trip with Get Your Guide was fantastic. We were picked up from the hotel on time. It was quite a drive to Nizwa, but well worth it. What a unique landscape. Once we arrived in Nizwa, we visited a small part of the livestock market and then went to the Souq. It was different from what we're used to, but definitely worth a visit. A colorful experience. Everything is within walking distance, so we continued our journey to the fort. Then we drove into the mountains. Wow! You simply have to do this trip. Definitely no regrets afterward, but very tired.

I booked this experience as a birthday gift for my husband, who is hugely interested in the galaxy. I contacted the organizers in advance to let them know it was a surprise. We received explanations from an expert who possessed an incredible amount of knowledge and spoke about the stars and the universe with so much passion. Our conversations were in-depth and very educational. Thanks to him, we discovered new things and were able to admire the stars and the moon through the telescope. The location in the middle of the desert, surrounded by mountains, made the whole experience even more magical. At the end, they even surprised my husband with a cake and a gift. I highly recommend this experience. It is unique, impressive, and executed with so much care and warmth. The hospitality, friendliness, and immense passion of the team made it an unforgettable memory. We are incredibly grateful to them for this special evening. Additionally, they took beautiful photos of us.
