Important Notes:

The specific time and license plate number will be notified to you around 1:00 PM on the day after the vehicle is assigned. Please wait at the hotel around 2:00 PM and keep your communication line open. The driver will arrive at the hotel at the time notified in the group chat that afternoon (this time may vary depending on the season, so please refer to the summer/winter time ranges provided below). The pick-up order for join-in tours is arranged by the dune bashing company based on the hotels of different guests and cannot be specified. We will contact you via the group chat. To ensure all guests can enter the desert smoothly and on time without missing the sunset, the driver's waiting time usually does not exceed 15 minutes. If you are late or fail to show up due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave directly. Any absence due to personal reasons will be at your own responsibility, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, for join-in tours, seat arrangements in the vehicle cannot be guaranteed (please negotiate with fellow passengers if needed, and politely decline if you are unwilling to change seats). Please rest in your room and wait patiently before the driver arrives.

Exact time cannot be specified and will be confirmed after vehicle arrangement on the day (specific pick-up time will be notified in the group around noon on the day after vehicle arrangement by the camp. Join-in tours cannot specify time; for fixed time slots, please book a private charter).

To ensure all guests can enter the desert smoothly and on time without missing the sunset, the driver's waiting time usually does not exceed 15 minutes. If you are late or fail to show up due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave directly. Any consequences of absence due to personal reasons will be your own responsibility. Note: Seating arrangements in the vehicle cannot be guaranteed (if needed, please negotiate with fellow passengers; if unwilling to switch seats, please politely decline). For shared transfers, waiting up to 1 hour is normal, so please rest in your room and wait patiently.

2. Within the Dubai city hotel area, transfers are not provided beyond the designated zone.

3. Pregnant women, individuals with severe illnesses, severe knee and bone diseases, acrophobia, mental and emotional disorders, physical disabilities, those who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months, those with arm or leg injuries within the past 6 months, and those with chronic back or neck pain are not eligible for participation.

4. For any illnesses concealed by travelers or those induced by travelers' own reasons during the dune bashing activity, we will make every effort to assist travelers in seeking medical treatment. However, we shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the treatment or subsequent rehabilitation costs, nor will we compensate for any other travel activities affected as a result.

5. It is recommended to wear casual and loose clothing in summer and a light jacket in winter. Please wear sandals or flip-flops during your travels.

6. The travel itinerary may be altered due to religious or other reasons; specific activities are not regularly held (primarily belly dancing, whirling dervish performances, and alcoholic beverages may be suspended during Ramadan).

7. Contact the local supplier at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the specific pick-up time.

8. Free items in the camp, if anyone charges fees at the campsite, it is purely personal behavior and payment can be refused. Please contact customer support for assistance. In case of force majeure circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic jams affecting subsequent itineraries, no compensation or refund requests in any form will be accepted unless the dune camp officially notifies cancellation or changes.

9. Experience intricate henna tattoos and additional camel rides for an extra fee.

10. Please ensure the safety of your valuables. If items are left in the vehicle due to passenger negligence and require the driver to return them, a $30 service fee will be charged.

11. Except under special circumstances, guests are not entitled to change the itinerary or sequence, nor are they allowed to leave the group midway. Seats are randomly arranged as this is a shared transfer service.

12. If you have selected a regular join-in dune bashing activity, pick-up will be arranged based on the camp location. Please wait patiently for the driver's arrangement.

13. At the first meeting point camp, optional sand motorcycle activities (fees excluded) may be recommended. This is an optional activity at the meeting point with no compulsory consumption, and it is not recommended for non-professionals. This activity is relatively dangerous and does not include insurance. If you voluntarily choose to pay extra for this activity on-site, you will be responsible for any consequences. Please be aware.

14. A group chat will be created after booking for communication. Please promptly raise any questions about the itinerary in the group. If you cannot locate any inclusions, consult the online customer support in the group immediately. Any unused itinerary items after the tour will be considered voluntarily forfeited by guests, and partial refund requests based on this reason cannot be accommodated.
