The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.★

On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍★

It turned out to be very easy and simple to buy tickets through the app. However, we were confused when they sent us a link to boarding, and it turned out it wasn't Shijuku Station, but Shibuya. I had no idea what to do, so we initially decided to go to Shinjuku, since that's what the tickets said. And sure enough! The bus departed from there. The bus number and exit didn't match the ticket. But we got off safely on the right one. I just kept going to all the service information desks with that ticket, asking where we were going, and if it was definitely here.★

Small group of 9, punctuality and self conscious were awesome.the driver was forthcoming and interactive although not fluent in English speaking .
