Our tour guide, Jacky Lee, arranged everything perfectly, with a well-planned itinerary. The red car was new, spacious, and comfortable. He provided excellent service throughout the trip and even kindly helped us take photos. With extra time on the itinerary, he enthusiastically took us to local landmarks and popular spots, and also introduced us to authentic local durian and century-old shaved ice, which were delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍

We finished our itinerary around 3 PM, and afterwards they took us to sample famous local delicacies and drinks. We also had time to experience the local ferry service and discovered that it was very convenient to easily pull our luggage to the ferry terminal and transfer to the train – super convenient! The train station is right above the ferry terminal, so we didn't need to hire a car to cross the bridge to Butterworth.

Choosing a Chinese-speaking guide/driver was excellent. The guide's explanations of Penang and Malaysian culture were superb, helping my family better understand Malaysia's scenery, culture, and geography. They were also familiar with the roads and terrain, the time was well-planned, and the recommended lunch was satisfying. They even helped take group photos. Highly recommend this chartered tour! (Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple)


