The operator replies to messages very fast. Instructions given were very clear the day before. The bus picked up time punctually. The driver, also acts as a guide, Abby is very professional and knowledgeable. He'll give a brief introduction about the surroundings on the way to Milford Sound Cruise. He's a good driver too.. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. We were happy to have Abby on that day.

Breathtaking landscapes that feel almost prehistoric! It's incredible how much the scenery changes within just a few kilometres. We saw perfectly mirrored lakes, lush forests and valleys, and, of course, the undisputed highlight: Milford Sound and its spectacular waterfalls. Matt was a fantastic guide, fun and very attentive behind the wheel. His commentary was really interesting and added so much to the experience. If you're lucky, you might even spot some kea! Highly recommended.

Beanie, (Almandine? - not sure on spelling sorry, it’s French). You were amazing! Very knowledgeable. I felt very safe and you give off a happy and confident vibe. You obviously love what you do!! The tour bus was excellent. The food provided was tasty and fresh. We had great snack and bathroom stops. Excellent views and stops for picture taking. The cruise was fabulous. It goes right up to waterfalls and stops so we can take photos of wildlife. We saw seals. We had a lovely, friendly group. It’s a long day but it honestly flew by and they seemed like new friends by the end if it. I have a tonne of photos and amazing memories. Thank you. I highly recommend. From the half Aussie, half kiwi. 🩵 10/10. I would do it again.

The tour guide was very entertaining, and the scenery outside was so beautiful that the long bus ride felt short. Also, the sightseeing spots we stopped at along the way felt like something we could only experience through a tour, which was great.

Milford Sound is a must-see in New Zealand. Not only is it a unique fjord landscape unlike any found in my country, but Milford Sound in the rain is even more like something out of Lord of the Rings than on a sunny day. We set off early from Queenstown, trekking through mountains and rainforests shrouded in mist. The sky was overcast, and we occasionally passed waterfalls formed by mountain streams, enveloped in fog. It was truly breathtaking.
