It was really very good experience except food. Services were rood for room as.wella.s.canteen. Attendant of the floor (Chotu Singh) was very good in behaviour as well as well mannered. He made sure to take care of our comfort.

Me and my friend are very happy to join this tour with sir Sam..Our tour guide Sam is very nice and very detailed in sharing us a story and culture in jeju..Each place we visit he tells us the history..He is very nice and we are highly recommend him if you book or join a tour here jeju.He is speak english all the way so no language barrier for this tour..Hoping next year can book another tour to east side with him again..

It was such a good decision to join the tour since we didn’t have a vehicle to explore Jeju and would be such a challenge to ride public transportation especially in the winter. The bus was comfortable. The staffs we’re so nice, our tour guide - Jason can speak English and Mandarin very well, and gave a very good service. It was just to bad we arrived after lunch time in Hallasan so we couldn’t go hiking.

Our guide Stephen was very friendly and open to communication! The excursion was wonderful, as we were able to see the main attractions of the island, learn a lot of interesting information. Also have lunch in a cosy restaurant with authentic cuisine. The tour was perfectly planned and we came back on time. Separately, I would like to note that the tour guide is fluent not only in English, but also in Korean and Chinese! I recommend this program for those who travel alone, with friends or family with children!


