After booking, I received detailed support via chat, and on the day of the ride, I was able to use the service smoothly and without any trouble. They helped me find the most convenient pick-up location out of several available, and they even showed me the bus's license plate number, which made it very easy to understand. They also responded quickly, which I thought was excellent service. On the day, the driver kindly accommodated my request to be dropped off at a hotel about 4km before the station, and even woke me up when I had fallen asleep. This is a transportation service I can confidently recommend.

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglongguchae Station. We left at 5:30 and arrived at 7:10, leaving plenty of time until 8:30 to grab a bite to eat. The bus was clean and really nice! Don't bother taking a taxi; take the bus.
