Thanks to my guide's personal Korean lessons, I was able to travel with complete peace of mind. This is my first tour booking using the trip app. Bella the tour guide provided excellent service. I received a text from her 2 days before the trip. She was patient in answering my queries before the trip like the weather and what to bring. Bella and the driver were punctual and friendly during the trip. She was able to explain the history and culture of the sites, how to perform the religious rituals like the prayers for good health and which angle can take the best photos. More important is she was able to look after safety by explaining what to look out for before the physical climb and descent from the mountain and lookout for incoming traffic. I enjoyed both the hike and cruise, and learned a lot from the trip. Highly recommended.
