I really liked the tour guide. He explained everything in an engaging and factual manner. The program was very well put together: we explored the city and got to explore the various places we stopped at on our own. We speak Russian, but the tour was in English. When we didn't understand something, they provided a translator. Everything was comfortable. The price was much lower than if we took a Russian-language tour.

This was my first time on a day tour, and the hotel pick-up service was incredibly thoughtful for foreigners! (However, I was initially a bit surprised that the transportation was a van, which made me double-check if it was really a travel agency…) Our guide, Kevin, was extremely friendly and professional! He spoke fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and overall, it was perfect, impeccable. We chose our own meals, so we didn't mind. He took us to a very authentic Indian restaurant, but I probably didn't like the food and left a lot uneaten, while my fellow tour members enjoyed everything. Finally, we went to Jonker Street, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and our guide patiently waited for us. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻 Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍🏻

We booked a tour for a group of four and were picked up directly from our hotel in a comfortable minibus. The driver was polite, explained everything we needed to know, and translated into our language if we had any misunderstandings. The organization was excellent. We also enjoyed the tour itself. First, we visited a family of monkeys, with a lookout over the Strait of Malacca. Then we had dinner at a seafood restaurant; it was included in the price, along with one drink per person; other drinks were extra. Then we boarded a boat with the other participants and were taken first to see fireflies, then to the sea to see blue plankton. It looks very unusual and beautiful; photos can't capture it. Thanks to our driver, Kevin.
