Rubina and Alessandra were just wonderful, gracious guest. Pay the extra money for them to pick you up at your hotel, it allows time to get to know them first. Upon arriving at Alessandra'a home you are taken to a balcony with breathtaking views. After some Prosecco and appetizers we started our course. They both made us feel very comfortable. It didn't feel like a class, more like friends being together. But, we learned so much. So many little techniques. (We like to cook and eat!). We made Bruschetta, Ravioli (and even a fried Ravioli), Gnocchi And tiramisu. They follow up the class with pictures, videos and recipes. But it's the techniques you learn and the memories that make the class worth it I highly recommend booking with Alessandra.

This was a once in a life time cooking class in a private home. The home has the most amazing view of the sea where you prepare your pasta and pizza. Highly recommend!

The host to our house booked us a cooking class so I wasn’t sure what to expect since I didn’t research and book myself like I normally do. When we arrived we were greeted with appetizers and a wonderful lemon spritz made with their very own limoncello. After settling in, our chef Sylvia guided us in making tiramisu, eggplant Parmesan and gnocchi. Sylvia was such a warm, delightful woman. She was so funny and told us stories instantly making us feel like we were part of her family, I wish. It was easy to follow along and our lunch was delicious. There was no pressure to make other purchases, the entire store was very nice and inviting. Sylvia must have made quite an impression on my college age son because upon returning home in the USA he promptly went to the store and purchased the ingredients to make his girlfriend the exact same meal. Now it will be my turn to recreate our meal. I hope I can achieve what he did. We would love to return.
