I joined the Springbrook Glow Worm Tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The glow worms were magical to see up close, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Our tour leader (Da Hui) was really good — friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of everyone throughout the journey. I truly appreciated the clear explanations and the way she made the tour fun and relaxing.

I really wanted to visit two national parks at the same time and also wanted to see fireflies. I saw this itinerary and booked it. The tour guide was very experienced, provided rich explanations, and took the initiative to help tourists take photos. I received very comprehensive service. This tour was beyond fabulous. Our tour guide, David, was so knowledgeable and well versed on anything and everything we threw at him from the flora and fauna to the history of the country and the people who have inhabited it, lo, these last 65,000 years. He went out of his way to tailor the tour to the specific interests of the group including making sure I got to see some kangaroos, for which, I am forever grateful. Southern Cross is a tightly run ship and the customer service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was superlative. Oh and the sights were extraordinary! Highly recommend.Trip.com Picks
