Please arrive 10–20 minutes before your reserved time slot for warm-up and stretching exercises.
Dress code: Light, comfortable clothing (quick-drying material preferred);
Precautions: People with high blood pressure, epilepsy, and other diseases are not allowed to participate.
Recommended items to bring: change of clothes, towel, water bottle. Please change into workout attire before arriving at the gym.
Shower facilities and toiletries are available on-site. Please bring your own towel if you need to shower after class.
