Our guide Lily was excellent!!!! She made our experience feel like visiting an old friend. She took care of everything. She took us to the best local food. She made sure we did everything we wanted to do while we had a train to catch without rushing us. We just had to lay back and enjoy Suzhou while she took care of everything. She is just wonderful, she took great care of us. She had characteristics like: flexibility, problem solving skills, cheerfulness, kindness, knowledgable, patience and professionalism. Suzhou is always on my wish list and finally I made this happen . Kenny was our guide and She was so knowledgeable about this city and shared a lot of intersting places which we may never visit by ourselves. We also learned how to make a small piece of silk embroidery which is so meaningful . The local market is so much fun to visit, we tried a lot of local snacks and dimsum there . Would highly recommend to anyone to try.

The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.


