The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Very fun experience. Small group which was nice. Instructions easy to follow. Basic history of the origin of chocolate. Got to design three of your own chocolate bars and they were delicious. Also included entrance to the museum which is also very basic.★
