The only downside to my visit was the person on reveption was rude and abrupt. But perhaps given that some of the customers before me had not been polite to him, I had a bit of sympathy for him. Once in, the lounge was a bit crowded but comfortable. The food variety available was excellent and the staff extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Definitely good value for money and a great place to break a long flight

Beautifully designed and informative. Kenny is a super friendly and thoughtful tour guide with a great sense of humor; I received lots of useful information. A fantastic experience, highly recommended!
