Reviews: Italy Pisa + Siena + San Gimignano 1-day tour|Essence of Tuscany|Multiple Experiences

It's pretty good, the amount of material is very generous, but it's an all-English tour, so it takes a little effort.

Reviews: From Rome: Pisa by High-Speed Train & Piazza Dei Miracoli
Guest User2026-08-15
Definitely an option not to be overlooked. The Piazza del Duomo, with the tower, the Baptistery, the Cathedral, the Camposanto, and the museums, justifies a day trip. Going from Florence is even better. We came from Rome, which somewhat limited our actual visit time. An overnight stay in Pisa is definitely the best option, as the city itself offers good restaurants and interesting shops.

Reviews: From Florence: 1-day tour to Cinque Terre and Pisa
Guest User2026-08-27
This was an all-English tour. Several groups met at the same time in the morning. After checking in at Wondercity, about 20 of us took a bus and then transferred to a train to Cinque Terre. The tour guide recommended restaurants with set menus. There was plenty of time to explore in one day, but the weather was too hot. I couldn't download WeChat to join the group, so communication was a bit difficult. The tour guide didn't pay special attention to me, so I had to keep up myself, which made me feel a little less involved. We followed the itinerary, visited all the attractions, and everything went smoothly. No one in the group was late. I would recommend it.

Great tour, excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable and easy to listen to. She was informative but made it fun. She checked everyone was OK and answered questions. The climb up the leaning tower was lots of steps, so only do this if you can manage over 300 steps. The steps weren't steep, but in places the marble was a little slippery and worn and uneven. The climb was worth it for fabulous views over the city and the cathedral.
