Plaza Catalunya: Plaza Catalunya, underground level 17. Daily from 8:30am to 8:30pm.

Pl. Catalunya (Information kiosk in front of El Corte Inglés department store. Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Plaza de España: Plaza de España, s/n - Av. María Cristina. Daily, 8:30am to 2:30pm.

Sagrada Familia Tourist Information Booth: Daily, 8:30am to 8pm.

Columbus Monument: Peace Plaza entrance, s/n. Mon-Sun 8:30am-2:30pm, observation deck last entry: 1:30pm Tue-Sat 8:30am-7:30pm, observation deck last entry: 7pm. Closed: 1/1 and 25/12.

Departure point: Blue and Red routes (Northbound and Southbound) from Catalonia

Frequency: Every 30 minutes.

The service is wheelchair accessible.

Children under 4 years old are free.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
