Wiley was so kind and friendly. She called in advance to make sure we knew how to get to the pier and I even called her 3-4 times and felt like a bother but she was so helpful and kind and reassuring. She even had conversations with everyone around the boat the night of event. She even had a great playlist of music and took recommendations. Captain Ryan was great , he was very informative, wanted to make sure everyone had a good time and safe one at that. It was awesome to see fireworks from the boat. Definitely recommend participating in any tour with them.Trip.com Picks
