You must read the description in order to locate the Ticketing counter. I found the counter, a lady scanned my trip voucher, got us a welcome drink then led us to the riverside where she bought the tickets for us to board the boat. It is true that there are quite a few online ticketing counters, be sure how to get to the spot to redeem your ticket. All good★

Thien was the best guide we've had in a long time. He was very dynamic, attentive, and spoke good English. He managed the time perfectly, giving precise explanations about the site and allowing time for taking photos on our own. It was a pleasure to enjoy this activity with him. Although the audio guide service is rated, we didn't use it.★
