The tour was substantial and very good. It was a shared ride with a group of people with slightly different plans, and I was the only one on the long-necked tribe tour. I was looking forward to this place the most, but it ended up being the second one instead of the last one on the itinerary. The planned stay was about 40 minutes, but we only spent a quick tour of the village, less than 10 minutes. I wish we had been able to buy souvenirs and take more photos with the villagers. We had plenty of time at the other temples, so I wish they'd been more considerate in the time allocation. The hotel was scheduled to arrive around 5 PM, but we ended up arriving around 7 PM. Both the guide and the driver were very kind.★

No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.★

I was hesitant to book the trip due to a few review though many has book the tour. The tour agent emailed me at 22:00 contrary to what has been posted that they will contact you at 19:00 a day before the trip. On the day of the trip, I called the agent because the van didn’t arrive on the said time that we’re supposed to be pick up. The agent assured me that the van was on the way to my hotel. I found out that me and my husband were the 2nd to the last to be picked up due to our location. We were 12 joiners, consisted of couples, friends and family. Emmy was our guide. She’s helpful and accommodating. The ride was long and our stay in each location was shorten due to holiday rush. We had our trip on 31 December. We were able to arrived earlier than estimated time in Chiang Mai. Thanks Emmy and the driver for our safe and quick trip to Chiangrai! 🙏 I highly recommend this trip! 😊★

It was fantastic! I recommend it to everyone. There aren't many other tours that allow you to ride an elephant, but this one does. When we arrived, we rode the elephants right away for about 30 minutes. We then rode an ox cart, saw elephant paintings, and added the optional log-neck lunch buffet, followed by a raft ride. It was a fantastic adventure! This time, we had the whole place to ourselves. It was great that there were no other Japanese people there. The itinerary was smooth and efficient, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m., so we were able to enjoy the rest of the day. It's not too far from the old town.★

The tour was wonderful. We experienced so much. Seeing the elephants was a unique experience. Our tour guide was fantastic. He organized everything perfectly and took great care of us. 👍🏼🙏🏼
