A Syltøy Sea Fishing Tour + Bergen Round-Trip

The journey begins outside the Bergen Tourist Information Center, where the guide will meet you and drive you to the local island of Syltøy in Øygarden—a scenic route taking 30-35 min. Once you arrive at the base on Syltøy, we will provide all necessary clothing and life jackets, along with a safety briefing, before you board the 6-meter open safety boat. After approximately 1.5-2 hrs of fishing, we will return to the seaside cabin, a cozy and historic building, where we will prepare the catch together, turning it into a delicious meal to delight your taste buds. You'll also enjoy local apple juice, making the entire journey a sensory experience that awakens your palate, sense of smell, and love for nature. Our core mission is to practice safe and eco-friendly fishing methods while also teaching you how to humanely cook crab.
